If you apply for an apartment and you do not qualify to live here on your own, you would need to have a Co-Signer for the apartment. The Co-Signer would need to fill out the "Co-Signer Application" and "Co-Signer Agreement" (this form needs notarized OR signed in the Leasing Office) and submit these to the Leasing Office. Once the Co-Signer is approved, the Applicant would then be approved to live here at University Village!
