Each year is different, but we typically see reservations taking place for our Summer and Fall move-ins beginning in January, with some as early as November and December. As winter quarter goes by our Reservation List begins to fill up, so apply early and secure your apartment today!

Not only will applying early help secure you an apartment at UV, but it will better your chances of getting any preferences you have in regards to the apartment. Whether it is the location of the apartment, so you are able to live closer to friends or the pool, or if you are looking to live on the 3rd floor or in a building with laundry, applying early will help you get what you want!
